To apply and qualify for assistance, the following criteria must be met...
- Applicants must be actively donating to the Family Foundation and enrolled in an automatic payroll deduction, in the minimum amount of $2.00, at the time of the qualifying crises or hardship.
- Applicants must have been employed for a minimum of 3 months (90 days) at the time of the qualifying crisis or hardship to qualify for disbursement assistance.
